WHIMSY LOU just celebrated one year of blogging + being that WHIMSY LOU is named after my Grandma Lou + being that Grandma Lou would set aside days at a time to bake her famous RED VELVET CAKES + being that RED VELVET CAKES consist of patriotic colors, here we are!
