Kris Trappeniers has to be the most detail oriented person on earth!  He's a paper sculpter / stencil artist who lives in Belgium, and his work is amazing.  It leaves me wondering just how long it takes to delicately slice out each little piece.  You can check out more of his amazing work on Flickr.  

Speaking of Belgium, and the chocolate making-Flemish speaking folks, I got a chance to visit Ghent a few years ago.  It was absolutely beautiful!  If you ever get a chance to visit, make sure you stop by the Gravensteen Castle, and of course, the Chocolaterier De Graslei for some breath taking chocolate.

Mmm Mmmmmm!
